Do employees have opportunities to participate in community events or projects?

Summers employees are encouraged to participate in local festivals and parades, as well as being involved with our schools and colleges. Summers actively also participates in local job fairs and partners with agencies such as WorkOne, the VA, and multiple area Chambers of Commerce.
